Websites and Intake for Estate Planning Firms.
People put off a will for years, then look for a lawyer one evening and contact the firm that makes it easy. We look after that first step, and leave how you practise alone.
Does Any of This Sound Familiar?
- A prospective client calls while you’re with another client, and doesn’t leave a message.
- An enquiry arrives on Friday evening and is answered on Monday.
- An adult child looks for help after a parent’s diagnosis, and can’t tell from your site whether you handle it.
- A consultation takes three emails each way to book.
We’ll Take Care of That Part.
You keep doing the work. We set up the page, the phone and the follow-ups around it, and look after them for you.
What We Set Up for Estate Planning Firms.
A site that says plainly what you do
Wills, trusts, probate and elder law in ordinary words, who each one is for, and one clear way to ask for a consultation.
A receptionist that never gives advice
It answers when you can’t and says it is an AI. It takes a name, a phone number, the kind of matter and a time to call back, and nothing else.
Consultations booked into your calendar
Prospective clients pick a time, and it lands in your calendar with what they asked about.
Built inside your own accounts
The phone number, the forms, the calendar and the records belong to the firm. We set them up and hand them over, so your clients’ information stays with you.
Three Promises. In Writing.
The 7-Day Promise
Your landing page is live within 7 days of us receiving your content. If we’re late, you don’t pay the second half.
You own everything
Code, website, domains and accounts are yours. No lock-in and no fees to leave.
A reply within 1 business day
A real person answers every message within one business day. Every time.
Clear Prices. No Surprises.
One fixed price, agreed before any work starts. And if your landing page isn’t live in 7 days, you don’t pay the second half.
For comparison: a published guide to attorney website costs puts a freelance designer at $2,000 to $8,000, and a basic agency at $5,000 to $15,000. TG, How Much Are Attorney Websites? The 2026 Guide

Questions, Answered.
How do you handle client confidentiality?
We build everything inside the firm’s own accounts, so the firm holds its clients’ information and we don’t. The receptionist takes contact details and the kind of matter only, never the details of a matter, and we sign a confidentiality agreement with you. We are not lawyers, so what your own rules require is your decision.
Will the AI receptionist give legal advice?
No. It is set up to take a message and book a time. If someone asks a legal question, it tells them an attorney will call back.
How fast can a law firm website go live?
A landing page goes live within 7 days of us receiving your content. If it doesn’t, you don’t pay the second half. A full website usually takes 2 to 4 weeks.
Let’s Make Your Week a Little Easier.
